A retrospective observational analysis of 4,505 adults who presented with knee pain across 14 multidisciplinary pain clinics in North India. The study describes patient demographics, diagnoses, pain severity, body-mass index and prior care patterns.

Key finding

The cohort had a high burden of chronic pain, knee osteoarthritis and obesity, including clinically significant knee pain among younger adults.

A ten-patient case series evaluating the feasibility, safety and early clinical outcomes of an ultrasound-guided Shoulder Anterior Capsular block for adhesive capsulitis, also known as frozen shoulder.

Key finding

The series reported rapid pain reduction after the procedure, allowing same-day mobilisation and physiotherapy, with no complications reported in the ten cases.

Study context: The study was a small, uncontrolled case series. Larger comparative studies are needed before its findings can be generalised.
